What data we collect
We collect the data you give us directly through the contact form — name, email address, phone number and the content of your message — so we can reply and prepare a quote for your camp. We do not collect any other personal data directly.
How we use your data
We use the data from the contact form solely to respond to your enquiry — for example, to prepare a quote for accommodation and activities. We do not use it for marketing purposes and we never sell or rent it to third parties.
Who we share it with
Your message only reaches the team that manages bookings. The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, and the site uses Google Analytics for aggregate, anonymised visitor statistics — both services may process technical data under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep the data from the contact form for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and, if you book a camp, for the duration of organising it. After that, we delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), you have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, to object to its processing, and to lodge a complaint with Romania's data protection authority (ANSPDCP).
